Nice N Easy Bar B Q Sauce

This is a 5 minute small gas grills Bar B Q sauce. Very tasty.  You can actually do this for any grilling you are doing whether indoors or outdoors.  Its just that they taste so much better outdoors don’t they.

Essentially  you can make any sauce out of anything you want really. It only has to be made up of thing that you like.  So if you like honey and tarragon then follow the principles in the video but make it from honey and tarragon.

Leaving your meat marinate in the sauce for a while does make a world of difference and if you have the luxury of leaving it overnight then woohoo it can be just drop dead gorgeous.

Now the one thing to remember about bar b q sauces, is that they are very messy and sticky.  This is important to realise.  Because you really do have to make that extra effort to clean your grill up afterwards.  Try not to leave it overnight, as this makes it even harder to clean and can attract bugs and creeply crawley things that just love to find left over bar b q sauce bills in hard to reach places, to setting down for the night in.

So if you don’t feel like getting out the wire brush and attacking your grill at the end of a lovely outdoor grilling session, then just rinse it with some warm soapy water, take off the removeable parts and leave them to soak overnight.  Then cover your grill to keep it out of harms way, until you are ready to clean it.
