I want to buy a electric contact grill for grilling chicken. What should be the minimum wattage required for the same. I would be cooking at most 2-3 pieces of chicken at a time.

(we have a counter top open electric grill and love it, I think we bought it at WalMart, you can wrap items such as fish in foil and cook in a few short minutes as well as cooking chicken pieces without the foil…..sorry, I don’t know the wattage, but check the box it comes in)

Laundry room may need more air flow

I have a question about a house I’m selling. The home was inspected, and the report asked that I increase the air supply to the laundry room, where the furnace and water heater also are located. This is a newer home built in 2008. Is this a reasonable request, and if so, why? The inspector my real estate agent hired did not find any problems when I purchased the home.
